World’s Largest Group of Christian Broadcasters Adopts IHRA Definition of Antisemitism
March 15, 2022

National Religious Broadcasters is the world’s largest association of Christian communicators, a group that encompasses media agencies, broadcasters, journalists, podcasters, and even musicians. At the convention in Nashville, TN, the NRB announced its decision to embrace the international Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of Antisemitism.

The definition, a non-legally binding description and explanation of a hotly contested phenomena, helps Jews and their allies identify contemporary manifestations of Jew-hatred and build an international consensus when combating it. Their annual convention features a regular “Honoring Israel Breakfast,” but this year, the NRB took the next step in their fight against global Antisemitism in all its forms.
