Code Pink Outs Itself as Anti-Jewish Hate Group
December 19, 2025

Coalition for Jewish Values (CJV), representing over 2,500 traditional, Orthodox Rabbis in America today pointed out that Code Pink, the radical leftist organization claiming to support peace, had outed itself as an antisemitic hate group. This comes after the Code Pink co-founder Medea Benjamin and another member engaged in antisemitic harassment of CJV Executive Vice President Rabbi Yaakov Menken, only because he is visibly Jewish. Footage of the incident was published by the bigots themselves on social media, and was then shared on Jewish social media pages garnering millions of views. Thousands of comments followed, with the vast majority supporting Rabbi Menken and even anti-Israel commenters rebuking Code Pink.

The December 12 incident began with a Code Pink activist, walking together with Code Pink co-founder and leader Medea Benjamin, yelling “Free Palestine” at Rabbi Menken. Rabbi Menken first says “yeah” in disgust, but then turns around to point out that he was targeted “only because I’m Jewish” and that “you found a new pretense to hate Jews.”

Later in the dialog that followed, Benjamin herself echoed ‘Free Palestine’ in support of the other activist’s antisemitic harassment, showing that Code Pink stood fully behind her display of bigotry and hate.

CJV indicated that the so-called “social justice” organization known as Code Pink has exposed its true agenda with this incident. While dozens of other people passed by without comment, these “social justice” advocates hurled the “Free Palestine” at Rabbi Menken alone.

Indeed, they continued to spout obscene accusations when confronted, telling him personally to “stop being a racist” and “a baby-killer,” displaying their own bigotry towards a peaceful Jewish rabbi.

The lead activist in this incident, a hijab-wearing Arab Muslim, presumed to understand the distinction between Judaism and Zionism better than an Orthodox rabbi with decades of training and experience, and laughably instructed him to “get an education.” The clip concludes with her chanting “from the river to the sea,” a call for ethnic cleansing of Jews from Judea.

“After this incident, only those who harbor antisemitic bias themselves can question whether Code Pink is an anti-Jewish hate group,” commented CJV Vice President Rabbi Ze’ev Smason. “But further, they exposed the true nature of the slogans they used—each and every one of which echoes German chants of the 1930s, despite using Israel as a euphemism for their underlying targets.”
