Coalition for Jewish Values Publishes Groundbreaking Guide on the “Jew-Hatred Mindset”
February 20, 2026

Coalition for Jewish Values (CJV), representing over 2,500 traditional, Orthodox rabbis in American public policy, today announced publication of a groundbreaking new paper, “The Jew-Hatred Mindset: A Scriptural Guide.” This document offers a comprehensive framework for identifying antisemitism and understanding the corrupted thinking of those afflicted with hatred for Jews.

Authored by CJV Executive Vice President Rabbi Yaakov Menken and Southern Regional Vice President Rabbi Moshe B. Parnes, the guide draws on Biblical sources and more than thirty-three hundred years of Jewish lived experience to explain and expose how antisemitism repackages itself in each generation to appear acceptable and even virtuous. It describes current attacks on Israel and Zionism as a case study of this phenomenon.

“Rabbis are the natural experts on antisemitism,” asserted Rabbi Parnes, who is also Dean of the Hollywood Community Kollel in Hollywood, FL, using the traditional term for an academy for advanced Rabbinic scholars. “They come armed with generations of cumulative experience leading Jewish communities through times of persecution and equipped with Biblical wisdom, which explained hatred against Jews long before any modern attempt at the same.”

Release of the publication coincided with the first Judeo-Christian Zionist Congress, held this week in Nashville, TN. While its use of Biblical narrative and historical precedent is of interest to anyone seeking an objective, unimpeachable standard by which to understand antisemitism, it has special resonance for those who revere the Jewish Bible as Holy Scripture.

“Many allies of the Jewish community, while harboring no hatred themselves, are mystified by the irrational and transparently bigoted accusations directed at Jews and Israel,” said Rabbi Menken. “Our goal was to dissipate the fog and tie modern-day invective directly to its ancient origins. The reception of Christian leaders at the Congress was gratifying, as we hoped our efforts would make this wisdom accessible to a broader American audience.”
