The Coalition for Jewish Values insisted that the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) actually makes America more dangerous for the Jewish community by downplaying the very real threat of radical Islamic organizations connected to terrorist groups.

Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos has been urged by 100 prominent Orthodox Jewish rabbis across the U.S. to cut ties between the company’s AmazonSmile charitable initiative and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

It is astounding that the President and his administration would insert normalization of relations between Muslim-majority Kosovo and Israel, and Serbia moving its embassy to Jerusalem, into a historic peace agreement normalizing economic relations between the two countries.

“Conspiracy theories with tenuous ties to reality very often include Jews in some sinister capacity,” Yaakov Menken of the Coalition of Jewish Values told JNS. “When you know what to look for; you see supporters of both QAnon and [Black Lives Matter] saying the same things, and that should require our attention.”

The CJV does not “argue that Judaism should adopt a pro-life anti-abortion stance.” Rather, the CJV articulates what authentic Judaism itself has to say about the subject.
