How can Kate Smith’s work be obliterated so instantly by the kind of Truth Squad that tears down statues of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, while elevating the race-baiting Al Sharpton to democracy’s kingmaker? It is the kind of bald-faced hypocrisy and double standard that sometimes makes me rue the day I took an interest in the public sphere.

When Ilhan Omar tweeted that Jews control because “It is about the Benjamins, baby,” she revealed herself not a convenience-store-quality bigot but a ready-for-primetime Nazi. Muslims led by the Grand Mufti, Haj Amin el-Husseini, were among Hitler’s best Nazis. When Omar tweeted about “the Benjamins,” she revealed her Nazi moorings.

Despite the terrible errors of Israel’s leaders, Jewish destiny continually has thwarted each and every effort to cede any part of Judea and Samaria.

This despicable anti-Semitic publication has been attacking Jews mercilessly for more than half a century. Now its Jew-hatred has been translated into pictures for those neo-Nazis of the Left and Right who have difficulty keeping up with words that are spelled with letters.

Some outliers on the theological far left want women to be rabbis. They know the prospect wouldn’t meet with approval by the vast majority of Orthodox Jews, so they hired a public relations agency. No joke. In fact, last month the PR agency even won an award for its work.

Trump is unprecedented in the history of the relationship of the United States and Israel, and the president is only two years into his administration.

While I do believe that everything is in God’s hands, I cannot claim to know His thoughts: I do not know why He sent Donald Trump to be our president. And while God has not (yet) told me this explicitly, I am also reasonably certain that the president is not, any more than was Mr. Obama, the Messiah. What I can say, though, is that President Trump is following a Biblical model of leadership.

It has been Mueller for two years, and it will be Mueller for another two years. It has been Democrats trying for two years to destroy the President, and it will be Democrats trying for another two years to destroy the President. Nothing new under the sun.

Without question, one of two individuals — Rep. Ilhan Omar and President Trump — made comments “designed to incite hatred” that are putting “life at risk.” But according to leading Democrats, that person would be the president and not Omar. One could hardly look for a better example of the inversion of morality, and of hater and hated.

So Bennett – the individual – lost terribly. And yet, he won massively. There are some 325,000 Jews now living permanently in east Jerusalem and another 450,000 Jews elsewhere in Judea/Samaria.
