Israel’s President Isaac Herzog’s is coming to speak before the US Congress, and Rep. Ilhan Omar’s immediate reaction was inflammatory. She said that there was “no way in hell” that she would attend Herzog’s speech, adding that she “didn’t even know he was coming.”
